Being a realtor requires a diverse set of skills.  The most important quality is the ability to remain flexible.  A good listener will always be able to guide the client towards their needs.  Technology has been a driving force in the industry now for the past two decades and I expect that successful agents will know how to use it to manage time, transactions and marketing.  I am humbled to lead a team of 86 agents in the complex Charlotte marketplace and am always looking for talent to join our growing office.
